ESPN NFL analyst Mina Kimes received a new deal with the network that will pay her about $1.7 million per year, according to a report from the New York Post.
Kimes also has a deal with Meadowlark Media and will make weekly appearances on “The Dan Le Batard Show with Stugotz" and with Omaha Productions, founded by Hall of Fame quarterback Peyton Manning, which will house her podcast.
Kimes is expected to continue her role on ESPN's NFL shows, including "NFL Live."
According to the report, Kimes' contract was nearing an end, and executives wanted to make sure they kept her at the network, despite layoffs to high-profile talent earlier this summer.
Kimes, who turns 38 this month, joined ESPN in 2014 as a writer for the now-defunct ESPN The Magazine and previously worked for Bloomberg News and Fortune Magazine.
