According to Trump, Kid Rock (or Bob) was hyped to be part of the convention and the singer brought in chants of "fight, fight" and "Trump, Trump" into a mashup of his old hits "Cowboy" and "America Bad Ass" for Thursday just before Trump spoke.
"He became a friend of mine over the last ten years and he's amazing, everyone loves him," Trump said during his convention speech.

Kelley is known as formerly being in the chart-topping country duo Florida Georgia Line, alongside Georgia native Tyler Hubbard.
Lee Greenwood is "a beautiful man," Trump said during his keynote speech on Thursday night. Greenwood has been a close ally of Trump over the years and sang three times this week at the RNC, twice to introduce Trump. On Day 1, Greenwood sang as Trump walked out for his first appearance since the assassination attempt on Saturday. And on Day 4, Greenwood sang "God Bless the USA" once again before Trump's speech, accepting the GOP nomination for president.
Country singer Chris Janson performed on Monday, joining the Nashville-based band Sixwire to keep the RNC crowd entertained. They played his single "All American Guy."
